  •  My therapeutic approach centres on a person’s unique ability to build on their strengths and embark on a journey of healing and recovery.  I recognize that life’s challenges, coupled with past trauma and adverse experiences, can hinder individuals from experiencing the life they want to live.  My vision is to facilitate people’s recovery journey as they heal from their past, fostering a better future, filled with personal power and peace.

I place a strong emphasis on establishing a genuine connection with each person I work with, creating a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment.  My approach is to draw from various methods, primarily person-centred and collaborative within a trauma-informed framework.  I incorporate other established approaches, including EMDR, CBT, DBT and mindfulness, all within the context of anti-oppression and personal empowerment.
